Traditionally used for ploughing the fields or pulling carts, donkeys were every Sardinian farmer’s best friends.

The owner of the horse centre, Nicola, can organise donkey excursions following the same route that peasants and shepherds would have travelled all those years ago.

Along the way, you can choose to stop for lunch in a restaurant, or have a picnic packed to take with you.

If you decide to make the trip in the late afternoon, the view of the sun setting over the sea will be one of the most memorable moments of your trip.
